BIOGRAPHY
I am a primarily self taught artist, born in Colorado in 1988, I moved to Santa Fe in 1994, New Mexico is an extremely beautiful place, very ethereal, and with that, it often tends toward the creepy...at least...for me. Which is to say that our house was haunted when i was growing up...or maybe its just me...see, every house i have ever lived in has seemed haunted to me...ive often heard that its not the house that is haunted, its myself, well, not haunted...they just like me, mostly because i can see them...so it makes them not feel so lonely...woah, off on a tangent
anywhoo, my point with explaining my history with the paranormal, and odd happenings, is really to explain how i view the world, which is what i express in my art...my point is that ever since i was young, i have seen odd things, and the only way to express them has been music and visual art...
its been my lifelong pursuit, art that is, as i am sure it is everyone else here, so in that we are all together...the only thing that changes is how we view the world...
it is an aching hunger which i can never fully satiate, it is a slow deep need to create that permeates every facet of my existence...its lovely, like being a giant tongue floating in a sea of honey
i started playing music when i was 12, it has been and continues to be an incredible source of inspiration and focus...very often it has been my only companion and escape...so i tend to make music that goes with the images i create, the art supplements the music which supplements the art, and grand symbiosis...its loverly
i met my wife 3 years ago, we were just gifted with a beautiful baby girl...all in all that has been amazing...the two ladies in my life, they never cease to inspire!
we now live in Colorado Springs, after moving from Fort Collins last December...so that has been...well...kinda lame, but only in that there is a very very limited art community here, and that goes double for visionary psychedelic types...
